Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

Buyer forms: name, email, phone, city or area searched, budget, property type, intended use.

Seller forms: name, email, phone, property address, features (type, size, condition, rooms) and the generated estimate.

Brokers: account details, professional contact information and lead purchase history.

Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, language, time zone and, if you allow it, your approximate location.

If you start a form without finishing it, fields already filled in (name, email, phone) may be kept so your request can be resumed.

2. Purposes

Connecting buyers and sellers with a real estate broker in their area.

Producing an indicative property value estimate and showing relevant listings.

Sending emails related to your request (confirmation, preparing for the broker's call).

Operating, securing, measuring and improving the site.

3. Consent

By submitting a form, you agree that your information may be shared with a real estate broker who may contact you by phone, email or message. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to contact@pepiteleads.com.

4. Sharing

Real estate brokers: your full contact details are only shared with the broker who unlocks your request. Each request goes to one broker only, who then becomes responsible for how they use your information.

Service providers: hosting and database (Lovable Cloud), email delivery, maps and addresses (Google Maps Platform), analytics and B2B prospecting (Apollo.io), advertising measurement (Meta Platforms, via the Facebook pixel). They act on our instructions.

We do not sell your information for advertising purposes. We may disclose it where required by law.

5. International transfers

Pépite is operated from the United Arab Emirates and our providers may store data in Canada, the United States or elsewhere. We assess that your information will be adequately protected before any transfer.

6. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies needed for the site to work (language, market), and a tracking tool (Apollo.io) that may identify the company associated with a visit, and the Meta (Facebook) pixel, which measures page visits to evaluate and optimize our Facebook and Instagram ads. The Meta pixel is not enabled for visitors from the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

7. Retention

We keep your information as long as needed for these purposes, and at most 3 years after the last contact unless the law requires otherwise. It is then deleted or anonymized.

8. Security

We apply reasonable safeguards: encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted data access and permission controls. If a privacy incident presents a serious risk, we will notify affected people and the relevant authorities.

9. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or portability of your information, or withdraw consent. Write to contact@pepiteleads.com; we respond within 30 days. You may also file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

11. Minors

The site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information about minors.

12. Changes

We may update this policy. The update date appears at the top of this page.
